| Overview | Ganoderma lucidum is Ganodermataceae of the genus Ganoderma karmt. The general name of true bacteria, with tonic Qi, tonic strong, strengthening the body, longevity and other effects, is a rare expensive Chinese herbal medicine, enjoy the reputation of "xiancao. Studies have shown that the pathogenesis of AD and PD is related to the loss of acetyl choline in the brain. Drug treatment can inhibit acetylcholinesterase (ACh E) to improve the level of acetylcholine in patients with [1], the development of ACh E inhibitors has become a therapeutic method. Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography were used to isolate 12 compounds, among them, diacetyl benzoyl ester (also known as diacetyl benzoyl Ester PEA alcohol) has certain inhibitory activity on ACh E. |
| extraction and separation | 4.47kg of the collected fruit body of Ganoderma lucidum in Daqing Mountain was dried and crushed, extract 3 times with 95% ethanol at room temperature, the filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain crude extract, and water is added to obtain suspension, the mixture was extracted with acetic acid ethyl ester and n-butanol successively, and the extracts were concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure, respectively, to obtain ethyl acetate fraction 159.6g and n-butanol fraction 80g. Silica gel column chromatography was used with petroleum ether-ethyl acetate (6: 1 → 3: 1) gradient elution and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography (chloroform-methanol 1: 1). The diethyl acyl benzoyl Ester [3] was isolated as a compound. |
